Hydraulic Rear Bump Stop Kit

The TKO Toyota Hydraulic Bump Stop Kit provides a plug and play bump stop system in the rear of your vehicle. This kit will allow you to use the full potential of your vehicle with many different suspension setups.

This Hydraulic Rear Bump Stop Kit is intended for high performance/high speed builds but also works great for rock crawling or over landing applications. This kit has been tested on multiple rigs in the harshest terrain of Death Valley to the rocky trails of the San Bernardino National Forest. In all tests it provided a soft cushion for all hard bottom outs. This kit is fully weld on and designed to work on specific Toyota models or universal applications.

• Two frame bump stop perch plates (fully welded without bump cans)
• Two fully welded axle strike pads (Tacoma models include a bump plate, universal applications have multiple rise options)

• Nine 1/8" aluminum rivets

This kit has been designed from the bottom up to fit a multitude of vehicles as well as universal applications. This kit allows fitment of bigger shocks, multiple bump stop brands, is designed to work with the Solo Motorsports Outboard Shock Kits, and requires less frame cleaning/welding than other options on the market. Running the TKO rear hydraulic bump stop kit on an off-road vehicle offers several advantages, especially in terms of suspension performance and durability:

1. Improved Bottom-Out Control: Hydraulic bump stops provide a smoother and more controlled compression when the suspension reaches its travel limit, reducing the harsh impact of bottoming out. This can prevent damage to the vehicle’s suspension and frame, especially when hitting large obstacles or landing hard.

Notes:

• 1.5” spacers or a -15mm or more offset wheel is required to clear the bump stops
• The bump stop kit removes the factory bump perch
• This kit was designed around a 2"x2” Threaded style bump stop
• Will work with any 2"x2" bump stop but may require minor honing
• Kit is compatible with Solo Motorsports, Freel Good Perfomance, and Envision outboard shock kits.

Install should be performed by an experienced off-road shop with suspension and fabrication experience.
