DIY Bicycle Rack Mount Kit for Nguyen Works/DIY bumpers. This will work on any Nguyen Works bumpers with 2/3, 1/3 dual swing out (one arm is longer than the other), and a single swing king arm. This can also be used with custom bumper applications.
